Through programmable checkweighing controls these systems easily configure to your specific dynamic weighing application. No need for the additional expense of special hardware or costly PLCs. By utilizing AP In-Motion checkweigher's open architecture and its Software Based Operating System(SBOS), you can easily interface with other equipment such as scanners, fillers, and sorters, while easily allowing future expansions or changes. Each checkweigher is a standard "custom" design to suit your exact requirements in order to seamlessly be placed into your conveyor line. Your line height, width, and wall clearance, are considered in AP's final recommendation and design.

2. Freedom

By utilizing as many non-proprietary (name brand,off-the-shelf) components as possible, AP In-Motion Checkweighers offer something few other checkweigher manufacturers can, or do. Freedom. Freedom to purchase replacement parts from your local vendors versus having a checkweigher manufacturer charging you over-inflated prices for their custom hardware. AP Dataweigh Systems will supply a suggested spare parts list tailored to each unit. Most of these items are available on the open market, or may be purchased from AP Dataweigh Systems. The choice is yours.

3. Serviceability

AP Dataweigh is proving customer loyalty by designing products that are not so complex that only a senior automation engineer can understand and change-over. Customers are able to save on service costs by using their local scale dealer or their own maintenance departments. By integrating non-proprietary parts, most maintenance departments are able to service their own conveyor scale without having to fly in an out-of-state service technician from a checkweigher manufacturer.

4. Assurance

All AP In-Motion Checkweighers must pass our strict Quality Inspection before it is ever released for shipping. We actually test your checkweigher with your product, if at all possible, to insure accuracy and repeatability.
