First, every checkweigher is custom-built to the customer’s exact weighing application. Our software-based operating system is also tailored to the customer’s checkweighing application and allows for upgrading and expansion. Lastly, because AP In-Motion Checkweighers are custom-built, they seamlessly fit into conveyor lines, eliminating the cost of revamping production areas to accommodate “standard” checkweighers.
2. Compatibility
Built with as many off-the-shelf components as possible, AP In-Motion Checkweighers free customers to purchase replacement parts from local vendors instead of proprietary manufacturers. Our checkweighers can be interfaced with other equipment and networked to information systems.
3. Serviceability
AP In-Motion Checkweighers are simple to operate and easy to maintain, resulting in minimal downtime. We recognize that if operators and maintenance personnel are comfortable with the equipment they are using, productivity increases dramatically.
4. Quality Assurance
Every checkweigher must pass a multi-point quality inspection prior to shipment. A Quality Control build sheet accompanies every checkweigher during the fabrication, assembly, testing and final QC stages. Prior to shipping, your checkweigher will be tested and setup with your product to ensure accuracy and reliability.
