HR-1 Series High Resolution, High Speed Checkweigher

AP Dataweigh System’s HR-1 Series checkweighers are designed with a completely open-architectural controller allowing for local serviceability and spare part purchases. With the new AP precision roller design and balanced rollers to reduce vibration, the HR-1 high speed checkweigher is capable of speeds up to 250 feet per minute, and can measure to +/- 0.1 gram accuracy in most applications. The HR-1’s integrated control system provides a logical interface for product setup and parameter configuration, and is capable of delivering near real-time statistical data through various networking options, including Ethernet.  Features such as 10 second calibration, touch-screen operation, and ease of maintenance ensures the HR-1 high speed checkweigher is extremely user friendly.
